At the time of writing, its fair to say that Marco Shuttle (real name Marco Sartorelli) is one of the most in demand deep techno DJs on the circuit, regularly gracing the line ups of key clubs and marquee festivals across the globe. 

The Italian's first release was just shy of twenty years ago, and since then has released 28 records under the Marco Shuttle moniker, ranging from the long-form, hypnotic techno in the early 2010s, to a more abstract, experimental sound, which has become more prominent in recent times.

His latest offering, 'Sumud' is on genre mainstays Samurai Records, who, throughout the years,  have partnered with some of techno more prominent producers (Mike Parker, Donato Dozzy, Reeko, releasing some of their most experimental works.
